Panning your camera is a required skill you need to get right if you want sharp in focus images of moving subjects.

To practice your skill of "panning" along with your subject there will be an exercise to do this.  Mark will bring his drone out and you can follow it around like it was a bird flying while you take pictures and see if you can get the image in the frame and sharp.  We will be meeting in the Topaz room at 9 to discuss the camera settings you need and then move over to the parking area by Lago Del Oro parkway and the Charouleau Gap road.  Whether you are taking photos of flying birds or sporting events with people running or a bike race or animals running this is a skill that needs practice and here is your chance to make it happen. See you there.  Bring your camera and telephoto lens that you would use for this subject.  Tripods are OK too but not necessary.
