SHADOWS

It's been said that shadows are the soul of an image.  This month we will focus on using shadows to enhance composition.  Usually, but not always, side lighting is best utilized to emphasize shadows in an image.  Shadows can create depth and add balance to an image.  They can also create leading lines in an image.  Upload your images (maximum of five) to the SPC website's "Monthly Assignment" section, and please use the proper naming convention so that we know what photographer goes with what image!. Images will be reviewed at the February 28th Open Studio session.
