SaddleBrooke Photography Club
Helping you take your Photography to the next level
Bob Shea has been a member of the Photographers of SaddleBrooke Club (formerly ‘DIGS’) for the past eight years. He has made five previous presentations to the group on topics ranging from photographing the Western National Parks to Night Photography techniques. Bob was born and raised near Lake Tahoe and spent many years hiking and photographing the Sierra Nevada Mountain range in California and Nevada. He was primarily an avid hiker and backpacker exploring the four National Parks and many Wilderness areas of the Sierras with his wife, Peggy, and the family canines. He took up photography as a hobby about 10 years ago and now does more photography than hiking. This presentation titled “Exploring and Photographing the Eastern Sierras from Lake Tahoe to Lone Pine” will include images from his many years of traveling in that area. He will cover topics including the best time to visit the area, locations to explore, and camera techniques to obtain stunning images.
Presentation will start at 9:00am but folks generally show up in the room around 8:30 to visit and hear any club business. Please note this meeting is in person in the Coyote room only.
